Reliable field sources reported that the Al-Sayyad Mobile Forces have linked up with Sudanese Armed Forces units inside the city of Dilling in South Kordofan state, resulting in the lifting of the siege imposed on the city.
The sources confirmed that the joint forces have taken control of key axes within Dilling, amid high morale, while sweep and security operations continue to prevent any flanking attempts or targeting of civilians. They also pointed to video clips circulated from inside the city, documenting the presence and deployment of the forces in several neighborhoods.

Dilling, one of the major cities in South Kordofan, has been under siege and military pressure for a long time amid ongoing clashes in the region. The siege led to a deterioration of humanitarian conditions and disrupted supply movements.
