Al-Dilling– Sudan Now
Drones believed to be operated by the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement–North (al-Hilu faction) and the Rapid Support Forces struck a medical warehouse in Al-Dilling, South Kordofan, late on Wednesday, according to local sources.

The warehouse, operated by the locality’s health services administration, was completely destroyed along with its stock of medicines and medical supplies, the sources said. No confirmed casualties were immediately reported.

The strike comes amid continued fighting in the area, where repeated shelling in recent weeks has damaged civilian infrastructure and disrupted basic services.

Medical sources say several health facilities in Al-Dilling have been forced out of service due to ongoing attacks and shortages of supplies, limiting access to treatment for residents.

Attacks on medical facilities are prohibited under international humanitarian law.
